France wins with all-carp catch
LANDSEND Fishery hit top form in the weekend open match with some top class
weights.
Andy France, of Cadbury Angling, won with a carp catch weighing 127lb 12oz,
taken on long pole fished pellets. Simon Ryan, of Weston, was second with a
carp catch weighing 116lb 8oz, also taken on long pole fished pellets. He
was followed by Dave Sullivan, of Sensas Thyers, with a carp catch weighing
81lb 14oz, taken on pole fished pellets.
Other placings: 4 Mark West, Landsend, 63lb; 5 Graham Cross, Sensas Thyers,
62lb 4oz; 6 Neil Harvey, Sensas Thyers, 61lb 12oz.
