The experienced squad includes 31 players - including Day and Priestland - who featured for Wales in the 2015 Rugby World Cup and will be led by Wales’ most experienced captain, Sam Warburton.
Future Bath players Luke Charteris and Taulupe Faletau, who will head to The Rec for the 2016-17 season, have also been selected by Wales coach Warren Gatland.
Meanwhile, Bath back-row star David Denton has been included by head coach Vern Cotter in Scotland's 35-man squad for the tournament.
