A 7-1 VICTORY for Miller Sports at home to Talbot FC saw them finish as Division Two runners-up.

A Dave Jenkins goal gave them a solitary 1-0 lead at the interval before they hit the goal trail in the second half to run out convincing winners.

Scott Boyd made it 2-0, before two more goals for Dave Jenkins saw him complete his hat trick. Paul Walker hit a 35 yarder make it 5-0. Harry Waylan bagged number six and Richard Moules netted Miller’s seventh.

James Yates fluffed his lines to score his first of the season when he missed from the spot for Talbot, but Jamie Van-Crump made no mistake from 12 yards to give Talbot a consolation.

Fortune Inn FC 1 FC Buscots 8

WITH the title already in the bag, FC Buscots were in a partying mood for their final game of the season at Fortune Inn who, after their midweek loss to Sutton Benger were struggling for a team and came very close to postponing the game on Friday afternoon.

Buscots were six goals to the good at half time, Phil Little and Adam Bewley scoring two apiece with Jake Waters and James Grist also hitting the net.

Craig Archard pulled a goal back for Fortune, but it was little more than a consolation as substitute Harry Hamlin scored from the penalty spot with his first touch after coming off the bench and Angus Webster, with a final goal for the club before he goes off travelling for a year, saw Buscots romp home.
