CORSHAM Park came out on top in a nine-goal thriller at home to Cavalier FC.

Jeremy Wiltshire , Mike Booth and a Anthony Butler double were not enough to save Cavalier, who lost 5-4 as Mike Blunsdon, Joe Masson, Dan Perser, Darren Applegate and Kevin Bance won it.

A week after they defeated Evana Designs 5-1, third division leaders Buttercross were held to a 3-3 draw by the same opponents.

Scott Nash scored a hat-trick for Buttercross, who led three times. Milo Pearson, Jacob Applegate and a debut goal from Paul Revening restored parity.

FC Bradford switched their fixture to the home of opponents FC Lacock and claimed a 4-1 victory. Mark Robinson twice, Lee Stevens and Ashley Styles netted, Josh Hard with the consolation.

Westbury Conservative Club suffered a 7-1 loss to Stonewood Sundays.

Mike Flynn, Dan Lardner, Dwaine Perry, Mark Coles, Mike Hopkins and Richard Hewitt twice shared Stonewood’s goals. Lee Causon was the Cons’ marksman.
