WITH Division Two leaders Bremhill View and second placed Worton & Cheverell (Sunday) without a game, Corsham Centre Youth made the most of their opportunity to close the gap on the top two.

With both the Centre and opponents Miller Sports B struggling for players the Centre with the bare XI bagged maximum points courtesy of a 6-1 success.

Max Shackleford and Adam Shipman scored two each for the Centre with a goal each for Lewis McCarron and Adie Webb making up their half dozen. Harry Waylan, back from suspension, scored for the Miller boys’.

Rowdy Cow Rowde FC overturned a 1-0 half time deficit away at White Horse (Sunday) B to claim a 2-1 triumph.

Jordan Gullis scored midway through the first period to give White Horse the lead. A goal on his debut from Robbie Baker restored parity for Rowdy Cow on 55 minutes and Robbie Whyte grabbed the villagers their winner in the 73rd minute.
