CHIPPENHAM & DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE DIVISION THREE:
WHITE Horse and Cavalier gained maximum points from their matches, the later destroying one time leaders FC St George 7-1 to move within three points of leaders Dursley Arms. Adam Bewley and Roger Wiltshire scored three each and Neil Fletcher one. Mike Payne replied for St George.
A 4-2 victory for White Horse B at home to Calne United saw them stretch their unbeaten league run to three matches, Tim Deacon and Matt Lang’s goals for Calne were in vain as Ally Young, Matt Crosnier, Sam Robbins and Chris Adams maintained their team’s fine start.
