FOR A second successive Sunday the weather wreaked havoc with the fixture programme of the Shoestrings Chargrill-sponsored Chippenham & District Sunday League with only one of the scheduled 23 league and cup matches beating the elements.
The all-Premier Division AM Print & Copy sponsored Knockout Cup second round tie between The Pack Horse and Potterne only survived due to it being played on the 3G pitch at Stanley Park and it was hosts Pack Horse who booked their spot in the quarter finals thanks to a 9-0 success.
Two goals apiece from Craig Fisher and Ben Pring had the game won for Pack Horse at half time.
There was no let up from the hosts after the break as Levi Cox got his name on the scoresheet with a hat-trick.
Singles for Mark Nolan and Sam Pring completed a Sunday stroll for Tyrone Prades' team.
