CHIPPENHAM & DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE DIVISION ONE: Rowde suffer cup final hangover
ROWDY Cow Rowde, who lifted the WG Parr Trophy on Sunday afternoon after an excellent victory over Somerford, suffered a cup final hangover when they were beaten 2-0 away at Division One promotion hopefuls Bath Road FC last night.
Richard Hudson scored both goals for Bath Road, his first came early on, following a throw from Ryan Hopkins.
He then made it 2-0 before half time, a through ball from Tim Knight found James Hernandez, who crossed for Hudson to tap in from close range.
