FOR A second time in a month FC St George got the better of their local rivals Warminster Wanderers.

Having beaten them 5-3 in their previous Third Division encounter Mike Payne’s side claimed bragging rights again thanks to a 3-2 win.

Warminster led twice through goals from Scott Howse and Jamie Howse, but each time they were pegged back, Bradley Edwards drawing St George level at 1-1 and Craig Collyer netted to see parity restored at 2-2 before Reece Collyer struck a late winner for St George.

Westbury Conservative Club visited Calne United just four days after their match with White Horse B was abandoned following a serious injury to their opponents’ goalkeeper Tom Lucas.
