OAKHILL, who needed a point from their meeting with local rivals Old Road to clinch the runners up spot in Division Two, were being held to a goalless draw by their guests.

But after the break - and despite falling a goal behind - Oakhill found their form to run out 6-1 victors to seal a top two finish.

Will Green with his first goal in eight years put Old Road ahead, but things went downhill after that as Oakhill hit six unanswered goals, five of which were scored by Kieran Tarrant and the other by Connor Laidlaw.

Having already secured the second division title at the start of the month champions The Grapes United travelled to The Mallard FC who were guaranteed division two football next term.

In a game with a real end-of-season feel about it the Grapes claimed a 3-1 win.

Stephen Toogood with only his second goal of the season gave Grapes the lead, then own goals from both Lee Cradock and Dave Lazenby under pressure from Tony Couch made it 3-0 before Adam Foskett scored a late consolation for the Mallard.
