DEFENDING Premier Division champions Melksham Town were beaten 4-1 by newly-promoted Bremhill View.
Kieron Gleed and Craig Lovesey’s bullet header saw Bremhill opener up a 2-0 lead before James Dark pulled a goal back for Melksham.
Mark Dolman and a second from Gleed completed a stunning win for a Bremhill outfit.
Local rivals Audley FC and Bath Road locked horns at Sutton Benger and it was the Audley who came out on top thanks to a 3-2 triumph.
Scott Nash saw his opener for Audley cancelled out by Ryan Armstrong whose first goal for Bath Road. A second from Nash saw Audley regain the lead, but back came Bath Road with Tom Blaxley making it 2-2.
With 10 minutes remaining a brilliant pinpoint corner from Lewis Ryan picked out the run of Paul Mannings who headed the winner.
Rowdy Cow held Corsham CC Wildcats to a goalless first 45 minutes before the Wildcats found their scoring boots to run out 3-0 victors, Adam Mitchell, Darrin Moss and Lewis McCarron sharing the goals.
Somerford and White Horse (Sunday) A renewed old rivalries, the hosts romping to an 11-0 win.
Somerford led 6-0 at the interval, Will Stone and Ashley Monaghan, one of which came from the penalty spot scoring two each, Chris Cox and Will Robbins adding the others.
A debut goal from Richie Swallow, a Matt Spear double, a first goal for the clubs for Mark Nolan along with a hat-trick goal from Monaghan sealed the win.
