IT WAS third time lucky for Corsham Oak as they managed to secure their first win of the season.

Corsham beat opponents FC Bradford twice last term and they maintained their hoodoo over Wayne Duggan’s side with a convincing 4-0 win.

After a goalless first period, Mike Wilkins, Andy Wilkins, Kevin Bance and Adrian Webb shared the goals which gave Corsham the points.

Both FC Lacock and Calne BFC remain unbeaten following their 1-1 draw.

Lacock, who had won their opening two matches, took the lead in the second half through top scorer Josh Hard. Darren Holcombe’s first goal for the club earned a battling Calne side a deserved share of the spoils.

After opening their campaign with back-to-back wins Westbury Rangers tasted defeat for the first time when they went down 7-1 at home to The Grapes United.

Westbury held out for 30 minutes before Nick Ridout put Grapes in front from the penalty spot.

Mikki Harrison double the lead on 34 minutes and that was how things remained until half time.

Goals from Ashley Barnett in the 50th and 60th minutes made it 4-0. Nick Ridout then netted two quick fire goals to complete his hat-trick.

Westbury scored late on through Craig Tucker, but it was Ridout who had the final say with his fourth and Grapes' seventh on 85 minutes.
