CALNE United ended their five-match winless run to the season in Division Three, thanks to a 5-2 home success over Fox & Hounds (Warminster).

Mike Hedges saw his opener for Calne cancelled out by Darrell Hitchcock,

Matt Fenn regained the lead for Calne only for Justin Preece to bring Fox & Hounds level for a second time.

United retook the lead before half-time courtesy of a second from Fenn, who completed his hat-trick when he made it 4-2.

The points were secured when James House added number five.

Box Rovers returned to action at home to a vastly-improved North Star Club side looking for a fourth win on the bounce.

However it was not to be as Box put in a dominant performance to claim a 9-1 win.

Three up at half time through goals from Adam Taylor and Liam Fullam, who scored twice, Box added six more in the second half, Taylor and Fullam going on to complete hat-tricks.

Justin Flowers with two and a James Gardner single made up the nine. Shane Minnis scored Star’s lone reply when the score was at 7-0.

High scoring Faded FC, who hit 10-man White Horse (Sunday) B for 21 last weekend, were in the goals again, an 11-1 win at The Foresters Arms taking their goals for tally to 89 in just six games.

Matt Minnis moved onto 22, thanks to a six timer, Dan Jones bagged himself a double, Adil Bakali, Naseem Abouachid and Billal Karmouni added the others. A first goal for Harry Fenwick gave Foresters their consolation.

A 2-1 victory for Warminster Wanderers at home to Forest AFC saw them return to winning ways after their surprise loss at The Foresters Arms last weekend.

Wanderers were 2-0 up at the break through goals from Sam Griffiths and Alex Bates and although Forest staged a second-half revival, Matt Carroll’s goal was little more than a consolation.
