DURSLEY Arms were in league action for the first time since mid-January and a 7-2 victory for Joe Kirkpatrick’s team at former leaders Semington FC saw them reclaim top spot with what was their 11th straight win of the season.

Dursley were dominant throughout and raced to a 6-0 lead thanks to goals from Jordan De Silva and Leon Greenland who both scored two.

Conner McKay, Sean Brereton an Ian Rimmer own goal completed Dursley’s scoring while Rich Allum and Liam Richards scored a second for the losers.

Cavalier came back from 3-0 down to snatch a point at the death away to FC North Wiltshire.

After going close to taking the lead Cavalier found themselves 3-0 down to goals from Josh Duckett, Richard Tandy and Dave Biggs.

Cavalier changed back to their usual formation and dominated much of the second half.

Leigh Blanchard and Ashley Lock hit the bar, Rob Drown hit the post, Antony Butler had a one-on-one attempt saved by the keeper and Adam Bewley hit a shot agonisingly wide before starting the Cavalier revival.

Michael Stone volleyed in Cavalier’s second and a handball in the box gave Cavalier a penalty which Lock thumped home with what was almost the last kick of the game to complete the fightback.

Westbury Conservative Club picked up what could prove to be a massive three points in their battle to beat the drop at fellow relegation battlers FC Pig & Whistle a 3-2 success means they are now four points clear of the drop zone.

Dan Moore got Pig & Whistle back on level terms after Simon Kent had scored following a corner to give the Cons’ Club the lead.

A corner resulted in Ryan Underwood netting to put Cons’ back in front before the break.

Dave Connolly made it 3-1 to the Cons’ before a first goal for the club from Will Ralkes-May gave Pig & Whistle a lifeline and only a stunning stop from keeper Frankie McEntegart denied Pig & Whistle a last-gasp equaliser.

After suffering a 10-1 hammering at home, Christian Malford expected the worst in their away game at Warminster against FC St George, particularly as they could only field nine players.

However they surprised themselves and their hosts as they battled back from a 3-0 deficit to finally lose 4-2 to a last-minute goal.

Craig Sheppard (two), Mike Payne and Paul Arnold scored for St George, Matt Webb and Kadir Ayhan netted for Malford.

The Mallard and Old Road FC played out a seven-goal thriller which Mallard eventually won 4-3 after overturning a two-goal deficit.

A Zac Sallows double saw Old Road take a 2-0 lead, Andy Adams and James Terry got Mallard back on level terms and a sublime individual finish from Matt Poole that saw him break from his own half before firing home a stunner saw them lead 3-2.

Michael Brett got Mallard level before half-time and a second from James Terry earned Mallard their victory.
