WITH Kingfisher FC in Knockout Cup action, Bromham FC took full advantage of the situation to move top of Division Three thanks to a 4-1 win at The Mallard FC.
Bromham made it four wins on the spin as Sam Wallis bagged himself a hat-trick and Caleb Englefield scored in their latest success. Aaron Hall was Mallard’s lone hitman.
Buttercross claimed a 10-3 triumph at fellow newcomers Biddestone FC, whose goals came from Dave Ayling, Ryan Pagett and Aaron Masson.
Scott Nash and Connor Laidlaw netted doubles for Buttercross, with a goal each for Nathan Merrett, Kieran Tarrant, Ciaran Lyon, Josh Beard (penalty), Ben Hibberd and a Charles La Barbera own goal.
Old Road lost out 5-4 to Fox & Hounds (Warminster).
Myles Woodward's double, Jamie Yard, Mark Gray and Drew Elgin netted for the winners, while Matt Poole, James Eatough and a double from substitute Jacob Collins got Old Road back into it.
