AFTER the heartache of seeing their Division Two title hopes go up in smoke when they lost to relegation-threatened GRFC on Sunday, White Horse FC managed to drag themselves off the canvas and do the Chippenham side a massive favour on Thursday evening by beating Miller Sports 2-0.

A 2-0 VICTORY for Goatacre CC at home over Chippenham West End, coupled with a surprise 4-1 defeat for White Horse FC at relegation battlers GRFC, means that Sam Parish cricketers have been crowned champions of Division Two.

A FANTASTIC comeback from Miller Sports at Chippenham West End saw them come from two down to win 3-2 and claim a victory that boosted the hopes of Mike Stevens' side of beating the drop and put a massive dent in their opponent’s hopes of finishing in the top four.
