SOUTHERN LEAGUE: Chippenham's trip to Paulton called off
CHIPPENHAM TOWN'S trip to Paulton Rovers this evening has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch.
The recent wet weather caused the pitch at Winterfield Road to fail a pre-match inspection.
The Bluebirds currently sit second in Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division and had been seeking a win to close the gap on leaders Poole Town.
Mark Collier's men are next in action on Boxing Day when they welcome Hungerford Town to Hardenhuish Park.
