ADRIAN Foster has promised to bring in players to address Frome Town’s disappointing start to the season after his side slipped to back-to-back home defeats this week.

After Mark Francis had struck to cancel out Cameron Mawer’s opener, a 91st-minute Craig Daniel goal condemned the Robins to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Biggleswade Town last Saturday.

Then on Wednesday, Foster’s men were beaten by the same scoreline as Burnham took all three points at Badgers Hill, with a goal from debutant Tom Golledge proving insufficient for the hosts.

Foster has already bolstered his squad this week by re-signing midfielder Thomas Bannerman-Williams and winger Mario Mateus and Foster says ‘changes will be made’ to rectify his side’s slump.

“Players haven’t been doing their jobs and we’ve been conceding too many poor goals – I never needed my manager to tell me what to do and I’m not happy about it at all,” he said.

“Changes will be made because I won’t stand for it as a manager. I’m looking to bring players in and some players might end up leaving.

“We should have seven points on the board at this point. The line between success and failure is so thin.”
