SEMINGTON Magpies finally got their Division One season under way – but it was an afternoon to forget as they were thrashed 9-1 by Hilperton United.
United’s Joe Chettleburgh had a debut to remember, scoring six times.
Dean Coles struck twice and Jason Rose also netted to hand Magpies their biggest ever league defeat.
