DEVIZES Town clinched the Mid Wilts Youth & Minor League’s U17/18 Cup with a 2-0 success over AFC Corsham Black at Chippenham Town’s Hardenhuish Park.

Corsham had lifted the league title, including a 6-2 victory over Town earlier in the campaign, but they fell behind when Jamie Walters scored with an emphatic lob on the half-hour.

Evan Webster made three superb saves in the closing minutes of the half but the second half belonged to Devizes.

The crucial second goal came with two minutes to go as Jamie Hall blasted home following a corner.

Melksham Town Hurricanes lifted the Ron & Edna Sales U15 Cup as two second-half goals, via Jack Baker and an own goal, earned them a 2-0 win over Bath Arsenal.

Trowbridge Town Yellow overturned a half-time deficit to secure the U11 crown with a 2-1 win over Chippenham Town Youth Eagles.

Alex Salah’s penalty gave Chippenham the advantage but Trowbridge claimed the silverware through strikes from Kieran McWade and an own goal.

Warminster Highbury Youth Reds lifted the Jack Goodenough Memorial (U13) Trophy as they beat Bath Arsenal 3-2.

Two goals from Jake Wright and a Josh Josey effort earned Highbury the spoils, while Abe Noad and Harvey Wiles-Richards replied for Arsenal.

Extra time was needed to separate Bath Arsenal and Holt in the Barry Curtis Memorial (U16) Trophy. It was 2-2 after 90 minutes before Arsenal edged home.

Chippenham Town Youth White secured the Ron Boucher (U12) Memorial Trophy as they put Bath Arsenal Tigers to the sword 3-1.

Tom Morris scored twice for Chippenham, with Josh Salmon also finding the net. Ben O’Hare responded.

Malmesbury Youth’s hopes of lifting the Tim Kerr Memorial (U14) Trophy were ended by two first-half goals from Bath Arsenal’s Sam Head and James Porter.

The winner of the Barry Kinghorn Memorial Shield (referees’ award) for 2014/15 was Megan Fear with awards also going to Graham Wilkin (best Level 5), Steve Baldock (Level 6), Fear (Level 7) and Alex Randall (Level 8).
