WARMINSTER Town A took to the road for their game with fellow Division Two newcomers Melksham Town B and it was the visitors to the Beeches, Shaw, who collected maximum points courtesy of a 3-1 win.

Justin Tugwell broke the deadlock for Warminster on 25 minutes and Charlie Hull doubled the advantage when he headed in on 40 minutes.

Liam Twitchen’s neat left-footed finish made it 3-0 before Michael McAlister grabbed a consolation for Melksham.

Basement side Zeals slumped to a fourth loss of the season.

Jason Carter’s side were always going to be up against it away at Bradford Town Youth so it proved at the hosts, thanks to a 6-0 triumph, made it three league wins on the bounce.

Will Jones and Ciaran Taylor were on target in the first 45 minutes and Scott Baker’s second half double, a Bradley Carter own goal and a debut goal from Owen Evans made up the half dozen.

Fresh from last week’s excellent Knockout Cup success at Hilperton United, Roy Wenham took his Calne Eagles side to Trowbridge Town A and a 4-0 success saw them maintain their unbeaten start in all competitions.

Karl Sharratt, Mickey Taraskevics, Adam Welch shared the first-half goals with Max Wyatt’s second half effort making up the quartet.

Three Daggers, who had netted 29 goals in their previous three league outings, continued their purple patch in front of goals as they romped to a 9-1 win at Trowbridge Wanderers Development.

Goals from Wayne Wheeler, Andre Rebiemo who put through his own net and Joe Moloney gave the Daggers a 3-0 interval lead ahead of the floodgates opening in the second period.

Phil Hampson, a Scott Walford double, Shane Sheppard and a further two for Wheeler made up the nine. Ryan Wicks replied for Wanderers.
