With the top seven sides from the Trowbridge Windows sponsored Trowbridge League, Division One in Knockout cup action, Hilperton United claimed a nervy 4-3 win against Westbury United Reserves.
Marc Sheppard saw his early opener for Hilperton cancelled out by Josh Wozniak. Reuben Spong regained the lead for Hilperton and thanks to a Steve Ball double they led 4-1 at half time.
Westbury were much improved after the break and goals from Will Tippetts and Brandon Thompson got them back in the contest but Hilperton hung on for victory.
The match at Christie Miller between Trowbridge Town Reserves and Heytesbury was abandoned after 10 minutes following an injury to the Trowbridge keeper.
