ZEALS stretched their own unbeaten run to six matches with a 7-4 victory over the previously-unbeaten Holt.

Holt were 2-0 down after 20 minutes to Dale Rowland's double but battled back to level at 2-2.

Mark Maguire’s shot squirmed under the keeper for 2-1 and Carl Davies fed Maguire, who made no mistake and levelled matters.

Almost straight from kick-off Zeals regained the lead when Jon Woods deflected a Dale Rowland shot into his own net.

Holt fashioned an equaliser early in the second half when Joe Walker steamed through from defence and slotted in Ashley Styles.

Claudio Lopez regained the lead for Zeals and his second of the afternoon put them 5-3 up, before Joe Walker scrambled the ball home for Holt to narrow the gap to the odd goal.

A Jon Woods own goal along with a Scott Talbot effort wrapped up a thrilling victory of Zeals.

Melksham Town B dropped another two points in their promotion challenge, the visitors to the Sullis Club were leading 2-0 at the break but surrendered their advantage in the second period as hosts Aces fought back to claim a 2-2 draw.

Ben Winn and Mahirul Islam with his first goal for Melksham made it 2-0 before Alfie Little halved the deficit in the 55th minute and Mike Little restored parity and earn Aces a share of the spoils on 85 minutes.
