Hannah Brown
HANNAH Brown has been named in the Great Britain development team for the opening sprint canoe World Cup race of the season next month.
The 25-year-old is one of two women named in the development squad for World Cup One in Montemor-o-Velho in Portugal on May 15-17.
Fellow Bradford on Avon paddler and London 2012 gold medallist Ed McKeever isn’t expected to compete in Portugal and is instead targeting the next two world cup events in Duisberg, Germany, and Copenhagen, Denmark, on May 22-24 and 29-31 respectively.
