BRADFORD on Avon paddlers Ed McKeever and Hannah Brown were both in fine form at the third 2015 ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup event in Copenhagen today.
2012 Olympic champion McKeever clinched his first World Cup medal of the year as he finished third in the K1 200m final.
McKeever had needed a second run yesterday to progress to this morning's medal race, but reached the podium as Sweden's Peter Menning won the race in 35.388 seconds, with world champion Mark De Jonge of Canada next.
The Bradford man said: "(It's) nice to be standing on the podium again.
"I can definitely improve on my races and get a lot faster.
Brown meanwhile clocked a personal best of 43.464 seconds on her way to seventh spot in the women's K1 200m A final.
