IT’S been a busy month for Wiltshire School of Gymnastics with their gymnasts involved in a series of competitions.

First up was the Regional Women's Artistic competition in Bristol, where 11 School youngsters took part on vault, bars, beam and floor.

Lauren O’Connor finished fifth overall in level five (eight years), as well as third on beam and second on floor, while Polly Boother was fourth on beam.

Beth Bogert finished second on bars and sixth on beam, with Violet Browne first on bars and Hannah Griffin fifth on vault and sixth on bars.

Ten-year-old Jasmine Frost won the level four (10/11 years) age group and also took third on bars, second on beam and fourth on floor.

Nicole Parsons, 10, was seventh overall and won the floor, with Holly Gaiger, 10, 21st.

At level three (11/12 years), Jessica Daykin came second overall, and was third on bars, second on beam and sixth on floor.

Robyn Ellison finished third overall, with gold on beam and fifth on floor, while Anna Oatley was fifth on bars.

The Wiltshire School hosted a two-day West Country League final, winning team gold in the Division Two A and B Leagues, as well as the Division Three A League.

There were team silvers in the Division Two A and C Leagues.

Meanwhile, a trio from the club competed at the English Intermediate competition in Leicester.

Competing on all four pieces of apparatus (vault, bars, beam and floor), Jasmine Frost finished second in the younger (10/11 years) age group, with Nicole Parsons, also ten, fourth.

Robyn Ellison competed in the 12+years category and finished ninth. Nine School gymnasts also competed in their county grading in November, all of them passing.
