THE only fixture that beat the weather in Division Three was at Leighton Sports Centre, Westbury, where hosts Bratton entertained bottom of the table Zeals FC, who were looking to claim their first win of the campaign and avenge their 4-1 loss from back in September.
Bratton again prevailed with an identical scoreline to the one that gave them victory in the reverse clash.
Luke Mead’s effort for Bratton was cancelled out by Shane Rendall, but his goal for Zeals was to be just a consolation as goals for Adam McMackin, his first of the season and Dave Yeomans put Bratton 3-1 ahead at the break.
Bratton’s fourth win of the season was wrapped up by Fosu Gharban who scored a fantastic individual effort to complete the scoring.
After racing 40 yards to beat the offside trap, he collected a neat one-two, before calmly rounding the keeper with his right foot and slotting home with his left for the goal of the game, which was also his first of the campaign.
