FROME Town have been handed a home tie against FA Cup giantkillers Chesham United in the third qualifying round of the FA Trophy.
Chesham, who also play in the Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division, claimed the scalp of League Two Bristol Rovers in the first round proper of the FA Cup earlier this month.
Nick Bunyard’s Frome battled their way to a 2-1 victory over Slough Town in the second qualifying round of the Trophy last weekend and will host Chesham, who progressed past Swindon Supermarine, on Saturday, November 28.
The Robins suffered a 5-1 defeat to the Generals when they made the trip to the Buckinghamshire in the league on August 22.
