PRIOR to their final game of the season away at Trowbridge Town Reserves, Westbury Town were belatedly presented with the Division Two winners trophy by league chairman Roly Hill.
Simon and Jason Edwards side then turned in a performance worthy of the champions as they dug deep to beat their hosts 3-1.
Joe Moloney’s clinical finish on 15 minutes saw him score his 15th goal of the season to give Westbury the lead, Gary Tugwell doubling his team's advantage prior to half time with what was another excellent strike.
Trowbridge were rewarded for their second-half pressure which saw them reduce their arrears through Kyle Morgan-Hemmens on 68 minutes.
But any hopes of denying Westbury victory were ended when Wayne Wheeler netted the visitors' third of the afternoon.
