BRADFORD Town were denied a second Toolstation League Premier Division win in the space of five days when Cadbury Heath struck a last-gasp leveller to claim a 3-3 draw in Wiltshire on Wednesday night.
An own goal 10 minutes from time looked to have secured all three points for Danny Greaves’ side at Trowbridge Road, only for Cadbury to snatch a share of the spoils at the death.
That was the visitors’ third equaliser on the night, with Sam Jordan and Karim Rendall having earlier seen their goals cancelled out by Cadbury levellers.
Bradford had previously claimed a 2-0 success at home to Brislington on Saturday.
Martin Lenihan broke the deadlock for the hosts after an hour before Jordan made the points safe with a second goal 10 minutes later.
The two results mean Greaves’ side remain third in the table, having lost just one of the first 17 league fixtures.
They have now moved six points ahead of local rivals Melksham Town in fourth place after Kieran Baggs’ side saw their proposed trip to Cadbury Heath over the weekend postponed.
After back-to-back home matches, Bradford go on the road tomorrow when they travel to Wellington, while Melksham have a home clash against Hallen.
