Westbury United completed their pre season campaign with a good win over Wiltshire rivals Amesbury on Tuesday evening.
Town started quickly and had already hit the crossbar before Mike Whitstone scored with a clever lob over Lewis Porter 16 minutes in.
United equalised within a minute as their pace created an opening down the right wing for Simon Millard, who crossed deep to Ashley Easton, who headed powerfully into the net.
Beau Blakeman brought a great save out of the Amesbury keeper before half-time and 25 minutes into the second half, he notched the winning goal when he got on the end of a fine move between Dan Hurkett and Millard.
