Big entry for opening event
GRASSTRACK Swindon Adult Grasstrack Club will start the season at Grangewood
Farm Dauntsey, near Chippenham, on Sunday.
The meeting has been sponsored by Impel Engineering in memory of Dave
Durham.
This will be the first round of the club championship and a line-up of over
90 solo riders will be taking part in 58 races.
Riders taking part include Martin Williams, Phil Ashcroft, Rod Melksham,
Matthew Klassen, Jim Collins, Phil Harris, Paul Derrick and Tim Curnock
Practice starts at 11am and racing at 1pm.
Spectators' entrance fees are £8 per adult, concessions £5 and under 14s
free.
