Jordan Smith
BOWOOD'S Jordan Smith bowed out of the English Amateur Championship this afternoon after a tense battle in the last 16.
Smith, 20, who had won his second-round match in the morning, was defeated at the second extra hole by Callum Shinkwin (Moor Park).
The Derry Hill player will now turn his attentions to the US Amateur Championship later this month.
