JORDAN Smith clocked up another top 30 finish in his rookie European Tour year.

The Derry Hill ace finished at the Nordea Masters in Sweden today with a two-under-par final round of 71.

The Bowood pro, who won the European Challenge Tour’s Order of Merit last year, finished the tournament in Malmo four-under overall.

After four successive pars on the opening four holes, Smith, who shot a one-under 72 on Saturday, picked up a birdie four at the fifth.

However, the 26-year-old then dropped two shots with back-to-back bogey fives on six and seven to see him go one-over for the day.

As Smith headed for home, he picked up a birdie three on the 10th before another birdie three on the 14th and final hole saw him end his round two-under for the day.

Laurie Canter finished his Swedish adventure with a one-over-par 74 to end the tournament at level par.

Canter, who also shot a one-under 72 on the Saturday, endured a disappointing start to his final round as he fired a double-bogey six at the third before a bogey four at the next hole left him three-over.

The Cumberwell Park pro then picked up two shots as he claimed birdies on six and nine as he went out in 37.

Canter then parred holes 10 through 15 before a birdie four on the 16th was cancelled out on 17 with a bogey five.
