Bratton moved up to joint leaders after their 3-1 victory over bottom placed The Lamb Inn.

The first half finished goal-less, but Bratton came to life in the second.

Dan Cox opened the scoring only to see Damien Hateley equalise for The Lamb Inn. Both teams went in search of more goals, but only Bratton could find the net as they scored two more, through Ian Gray and Sam Tucker, to win the match 3-1.

FC Chippenham Youth Reserves 1, The Eleven Statues 1

HONOURS were shard in this match, both the goals coming in the second half.

Statues took the lead, with Mark Kmiec getting the equaliser for Chippenham.

Frome Town Sports A 3, Mere Town 1

MERE missed out on the chance to go top as they lost at Frome Town Sports A.

Chris Parfitt scored the only goal of the first half as Mere went in 1-0 up at the break.

The second half saw a rejuvenated Frome take to the field and they were soon on level terms as Dean Caslake scored the equaliser. By midway through the half they had turned the match around and they were in front, thanks to a goal from Tom Digman.

Dan Kelly scored Frome's final goal with only minutes left to play.

Hilperton United 2, Heytesbury 3

HEYTESBURY recorded their fourth league win of the season away to struggling Hilperton United.

Lee Kennedy opened the scoring for the visitors, before Ore Francis doubled their lead midway through the half. Andrew Zuk pulled a goal back just before the break for Hilperton.

The second half started with Sam Simpson netting an equaliser for Hilperton, but their joy was short lived as Francis scored his second and what turned out to be the winner for Heytesbury minutes later.

St Andrews Winsley 3, Anchor and Hope 1

THIS midtable encounter saw hosts St Andrews Winsley take all three points against Anchor and Hope.

A Chris Bentley-Taylor effort was enough to give the home side the advantage at the half-time break and the second half was only minutes old when Tom Giles doubled the lead.

Two became three on the hour mark as Tom Chapman pounced on a defensive error.

Anchor and Hope scored a consolation goal through Louis Stillman right on the final whistle.

Westbury United A 2, Semington Magpies 3

WESTBURY made the brighter start, but it was Semington who took the lead through Nigel Hall, who hit an unstoppable free kick into the bottom corner from 20 yards.

Midway through the first half Westbury equalised with a controversial penalty dispatched by Chris Storey.

Stuart Barber missed a penalty for Magpies moments later.

Barber then made up for his miss when he put Semington back in front just before half-time, lobbing the goalkeeper from just outside the box.

Early in the second half Westbury made it 2-2 with a breakaway goal scored by Nick Mead.

Stuart Barber scored the winner for Magpies with a stunning volley from just outside the box after great work from Rich Allum down the left.
