BLUE Circle's dip in form continued as they missed out on another opportunity to go to the top of the Division One table as they lost 2-1 away to Freshford United.

United opened the scoring thanks to a Phil Little goal on the quarter hour mark. The lead was then doubled ten minutes later when Dean Stritch pounced on a loose ball inside the Circle box.

The cement men then came back into the match with a goal of their own with five minutes to go before the break through Neil Watts.

The second half was played out with both teams coming close but unable to breach the defences.

Frome Town Sports condemned Warminster Town Reserves to their seventh league defeat of the season with a 1-0 victory at Weymouth Street.

The visitors scored the only goal midway through the second half through Andy Moore.
