Bradford United remain unbeaten at home after defeating Calne Eagles 4-2.
Bradford took the lead after only five minutes when a mix-up between centre back Roy Wenham and goalkeeper Andy Windsor let in Jamal Ayoub for an easy tap-in.
Calne Eagles hit back instantly through a Jamie Davies penalty, after Shaun Jefferies was pushed inside the box.
The frantic start continued, when Skip Ayoub got away from Ian Wilkinson and slipped his shot past the advancing Andy Windsor. Calne Eagles hit back once more when impressive play from Brett Cullen set up Shaun Jefferies for a tap-in from close range.
In the closing stages of the half a free kick into Calne's box was not properly cleared and Keagan Smart put Bradford 3-2 up with a sharp finish.
Bradford completed the scoring early in the second half when Skip Ayoub scored his second goal from a corner and from then on they took control of the game and claimed all three points.
SEEND United Reserves missed out on the opportunity to go top as they lost 3-1 at FC Chippenham Youth A.
Lewis Surry opened the scoring for the hosts after 12 minutes after a defensive error from Seend. It became 2-0 on the half hour mark through John Ingram as FC Chippenham began to dominate.
Goal number three for Chippenham came with five minutes of the half left as Dan Smith scored. The second half saw Seend pull a goal back with their only serious effort target.
THE Stiffs' poor run of form continued as they lost 8-1 at home to Trowbridge Wanderers.
By half-time Wanderers had put six unanswered goals past the Stiffs' out of luck goalkeeper, Mark Reynolds (2), Charles Heydon, Rob Houkes, Chris Penelhum and Chris Hubbard all scoring.
Trowbridge started the second half by scoring their seventh goal, Chris Penelhum grabbing his second. Pete Stevenson then scored The Stiffs' consolation goal before Matt Tayler made it 8-1.
