Seend United moved back to the top after recording a 5-1 victory at Blue Circle.
The visitors took control of the match right from the off and found themselves two goals to the good at the interval, Lee Stephenson and Barry Holloway scoring.
After the interval Seend continued to dominate and scored a third through Chris Styles on the hour mark. It was 4-0 two minutes later, with a goal from James Eatough shot.
The cement men managed a consolation goal through Sean Sheppard with ten minutes left to play, but Seend had the last laugh as Eatough scored his second with the last kick of the match.
FC NORTHBRIDGE recorded their second win of the season as they overcame their nearest rivals The Deverills 4-2.
The hosts took an early lead through Ian Huntley only for The Deverills to equalise with a long range shot from Lee Carpenter.
Northbridge continued to take the game to The Deverills and regained the lead as Chris Fardell's shot slipped under the goalkeeper's body.
It became 2-1 three minutes later as Huntley grabbed his second of the match. On the stroke of half-time James Starr made it 4-1.
The second period saw only one further goal as Lee Carpenter made it 4-2, but this didn't spoil the day for Northbridge as they held on for the victory.
THIS midtable clash saw the honours shared.
Tom Armstrong scored Freshford's first half goal and Pete Russ scored for Bradford.
The second period was just as tight as the first and both teams managed to score again, Bradford's Ryan Mortimer and Freshford's Phil Little getting on the score sheet.
STEEPLE Ashton closed to within six points of second placed AFC Trowbridge Town Youth Reserves after beating them by the odd goal in seven.
The visitors started much the better and were a goal to the good after only five minutes, Lee Hayward getting the goal. Ashton then came to life with a goal from Guy Rowley.
With the first half coming to an end Trowbridge regained the lead to make it 2-1 at the break, Hayward netting his second of the match.
Hussaim Jalafari then gave Trowbridge the perfect restart as he made it 3-1 from the kick-off.
Steeple Ashton were shocked to the core and then started their comeback as Guy Rowley scored his second of the match to make it 3-2. Marc Sheppard equalised for the hosts with some ten minutes left to play and Steeple Ashton's winner came from George Mortimer deep into injury time.
