A weakened Lavington side fully deserved the replay they earned with their 2-2 draw at Bradford United in the Chantry Digital Ltd of Trowbridge sponsored-Knockout Cup match.
With defences on top it was 41 minutes before Lavington opened the scoring with a solo effort from Robert Jenks. The lead lasted only three minutes, Simon Morris driving in a close range shot after a fine save by the Lavington keeper from Paul Edwards.
Midway through the second half Lavington again took the lead through the ever-reliable Myles Hickton only to see it cancelled out 10 minutes later when substitute Luke Davison fired home after a mix-up in the away defence.
The game was still not resolved after extra-time, both sides being too tired to take the few chances that were created.
