The Stiffs remain tied for bottom place after losing 3-1 away to Bradford United Reserves.
The game was all over by the break as first Pat Godfrey opened the scoring for the home side, which was then followed up by John Williams making it 2-0.
The Stiffs pulled a goal back through Brian Waffer before Kegan Smart restored Bradford's two goal advantage.
GREAT Western remain top on goal difference after recording a 3-2 victory at Broughton Gifford.
Broughton made the better start and by half-time had two goals registered through Leigh Rowles, while Great Western had scored one through Stuart Hynes.
With the second half only a few minutes old Great Western were back on level terms as Hynes scored his second after an error in Broughton's defence.
Great Western's winner came with ten minutes left as Jason Walsh tapped in from close range.
CALNE Eagles and Mere Town Youth shared a point in a 2-2 draw from a fiery contest at Stanley Park, Chippenham.
Mere Town were the better side in the first half, their passing and movement forcing Calne Eagles to defend for long periods.
The pressure was rewarded in the 20th minute when Matthew Carter struck a shot through a crowd of bodies to make it 1-0. Mere continued to press forward but Eagles defended well and made it through to half-time without conceding again.
The second half was a much more even affair, as Calne Eagles started to compete more and pass the ball better.
With 60 minutes gone, a through-ball from Gary Wootten released Adam Bewley, who coolly slotted home the equaliser.
A few minutes later Mere were reduced to 10 men, when substitute Glen Ings was sent off for using foul and abusive language.
Eagles continued to press men forward and were awarded a penalty when goalkeeper Wayne Stokes fouled Tom Evans, allowing Jamie Davies to score his fourth spot kick of the season.
Mere continued to battle and Ben Strong was unlucky not to equalise when his shot came back off the post.
With 12 minutes remaining a clever flick from centre forward Adam Scourse wrong-footed the Calne defence to creep over the line.
BROMHAM remain joint leaders with Great Western after securing a comfortable 7-0 win at FC Chippenham Youth A.
Antony Butler started the ball rolling for Bromham after only two minutes and the goals then came rapidly as Tom Lester grabbed a hat-trick in only 10 minutes.
In the second half Jason Cole made it 5-0 after 50 minutes, before goal number six came from Jack Fisher on the hour. The final goal, scored by Alistair Bradley, came in the last minute.
