The Deverills and Steeple Ashton face a replay after their
semi-final in the Chantry Digital Limited of Trowbridge-sponsored Knockout
Cup produced a 2-2 draw after extra-time.
The Deverills took a first half lead through the ever dependable Mike Payne
and Scott Gallazi then doubled the home side's lead early in the second
period.
This seemed to wake up Steeple Ashton and their first goal came through Dean
Gumm on the hour mark. The equaliser came from Guy Rowley with ten minutes
of the second half remaining.
Extra-time could not the separate the teams and they must do it all over
again in the replay.
