Gareth Wright scored a hat-trick to lead Frome Town Sports to
a 4-1 home win over bottom of the table FC Northbridge.
For 45 minutes Northbridge's defence held strong and they went into the
break on level terms, but that was as good as it got for them.
The second half saw a dominant Frome Town Sports take to the field and their
first goal came from Wright before Tom Digman made it 2-0 with the half only
ten minutes old.
Two became three as Wright scored his second, before Northbridge pulled a
goal back with 15 minutes to go.
Frome wrapped up the points as Wright completed his hat-trick with two
minutes left to play.
Seend United 4, Freshford United 0
WITH the championship already won, Seend United were in party mood but had
to wait until the second half to register a goal against Freshford United,
Tom Robinson scoring with the second period only five minutes old.

Steve Burns doubled the lead three minutes later before scoring a second
with 20 minutes left to make it 3-0. The final goal came from Kai Miller in
the 80th minute.
Steeple Ashton 4, The Deverills
STEEPLE Ashton kept up their bid for the runners-up spot with a 4-0 home win
Knockout Cup finalists The Deverills.
They got off to the perfect start with an early goal from Dean Gumm to make
it 1-0, but the rest of the first half was played out with no further
breaches of the defences.
The second half started as the first had finished, with both defences on
top, but it was clear to see that a goal was coming as Ashton piled on the
pressure.
George Mortimer got the all important second goal after 25 minutes and this
signalled the surrender for The Deverills it became 3-0 as Sam Stevens
scored minutes later.
Goal number four arrived with only minutes remaining as Mortimer netted his
second.
