The 30-year-old was released by Worcestershire in the autumn after two years at New Road and is now working outside of cricket.
Sillence played for Corsham and Wiltshire before earning his first contract with a first class county when he joined Gloucestershire in 2002.
He moved onto Worcestershire at the end of the 2005 summer.
