AFTER meeting Rugby World Cup winners Martin Johnson and Lewis Moody at Twickenham this weekend, Bradford on Avon team manager Heather Stephenson admits her under-12 side will not forget their Aviva Premiership Rugby Final experience in a hurry.

As Saracens and Exeter Chiefs battled it out for the title in Saturday’s final, Bradford also descended on to HQ.

Stephenson’s youngsters not only enjoyed a Q&A with Johnson and Moody but the team also had their photo taken with them.

Their time to shine was reward for their performances at a Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup festival held by Bath back in April.

“The kids like to play, they love rugby and that’s the main thing,” Stephenson said.

“Success is not always winning, but it’s not so bad when you get to go to Twickenham as a result.”
