DORSET & Wilts men's side bid to make it two wins from two in Bill Beaumont County Championship Division Three Pool Two as they travel to face Berkshire at Reading RFC on Saturday (3pm).

The Twin Counties defeated Sussex 28-24 two weeks ago at Melksham RFC and know a draw will be good enough to send them through to the knockout stages of a competition they have won twice.

Sussex beat Berkshire 26-20 at Worthing last weekend, but Dorset & Wilts manager Dan Draper said: “We will be going all out to win the game, a draw is not in our itinerary.

"We will have to make some changes because a few players are not available, however some lads who could not play against Sussex are now back, so their absence should not detract from the overall strength of the squad”.

“We are keeping our fingers crossed that North Dorset centre Matt Williamson has fully recovered from his knee tendon injury and he will have to undergo a fitness test. If he passes he will be straight into the starting XV.''
