SAM Bliss scored four times and also hit the woodwork as Castle Combe 1 won
8-0 away to Marlborough Town in the Under 17s-18s Division.
Castle Combe made the best of the blustery conditions and after 17 minutes
took the lead with a goal from Bliss. This was followed up by a great
individual goal by captain Mickey Finch. Bliss was on the score sheet
another three times before half-time to make the score 5-0 at the break.
The second half was a tighter game, but it was Combe who continued to
dominate and James Leigh extended the lead from the penalty spot.
