BIRTH: Elicia Ruby Harris

Little Elicia Harris was just 42 minutes late for her April Fool's Day due date when she arrived just after midnight on April 2.

She was born at the Royal United Hospital after a marathon labour for mum Leanne, which had begun on the Sunday when her waters broke.

The first-time mum had a craving for Coke during her pregnancy, not something she would normally drink.

"I must have needed the sugar or something," she said.

Elicia is the first grandchild for Freddie and Michelle Hughes and Jackie and the late Mark Harris and is the latest addition to five generations of girls on her mother's side of the family, the eldest being 84.

Mrs Harris, who married husband Ashley on July 7 last year, said they had lots of visitors since she had brought her home.

She added: "Elicia is a very good baby - she sleeps well and only wakes up once during the night."

Born: April 2; 12.42am, Weight: 7lb 5oz, Parents: Leanne, 22, and Ashley Harris, 25, of Matravers Close, Westbury.
