She said: "I don't know why my late brother Gerald had this picture among his papers. To the best of my knowledge, he never worked for Ushers although my two other brothers and my father did.
"I don't know where the picture was taken but the year can be guessed by the registration numbers of the drays. Someone suggested that it was taken in the flower show field but would they have been allowed?"
