Tickets on the door at £6. All the original material being played is studio-recorded onto a CD which will be for sale on the night and afterwards and the live show is being recorded and edited into a DVD which will be on sale by the end of May. A Blind Auction for items including autographed CDs from Pink Floyd, Starsailor, People In Planes, The Cooper Temple Clause, Jane Taylor and photos from Peter Gabriel ends next month. Profits this year go to Jonah Wright Fund, The Tulip Fund (Dorothy House), GBSS and school activities.

Dance to a different beat at the Reggae Festival at the Cheese and Grain, Frome, from 8pm also on the 25th, with Macka B, Wolftown and The Rhythmites. Three great acts including Macka B, one of Britain's most influential reggae artists consistently pushing the music towards Rastafarian political consciousness, join forces for a night of original and highly rated reggae.

Top quality modern folk at the Wiltshire Music Centre on Saturday April 26 with Flook.

Brian Finnegan (flutes), Sarah Allen (flute, accordion), Ed Boyd (guitar, vocals) and John Joe Kelly (bodhrán)'s brilliantly innovative all-acoustic band is celebrated for its fluid fusion of Irish folklore with contemporary rhythms.

Watch out for the uncanny interplay between the players, which makes for extraordinary performances and results in uplifting music that feeds the soul in the most delightful way.

The Meniscus Brothers, pictured, are Ellis Cooper and Dennis Sanders, who have always shared a love of the blues. After playing in various bands they have come together to form a powerful blues duo. These boys play raw uncompromising music ranging from obscure covers to original songs. Catch them at The Old Road Tavern, Chippenham, on Saturday April 26.

Following a tremendous gig last year in Bradford, another charity evening in aid of the Bath Cancer Unit Support Group on Saturday April 26 at The Arc in Trowbridge features the Biss Delta Revival Group, who are re-forming around five founder members with three guest musicians for this gig.

They will be playing an infectious mixture of skiffle and blues - catch Pete Driscoll, Ray Bradfield, Frank Clewett, Christine Clewett, Gill Summers, Al Summers, Ian Grant and Mark Green on stage from 8pm.

Tickets are £8.95, concs £7.50, from 0845 2990476.
