Bath's entertainment scene will have a new addition when the empty grade II art deco cinema, The Beau Nash Picture House, becomes home to Komedia Bath later this year.

Komedia Bath will feature a mixed programme of cabaret, music and comedy, and will also present the unique range of Komedia-grown resident shows such as the Kroon Kat Lounge. Visit www.komedia.co.uk for updates.

Bath is home to one of Britain's oldest and most beautiful theatres, the Theatre Royal, which offers year-round top quality drama, comedy, opera, dance and frequent Sunday concerts. The Egg, also part of the Theatre Royal, opened in 2005 and is a theatre for children and young people, showing a range of plays for toddlers, children and teenagers alongside performances by young people, school projects, and after-school and holiday workshops.
